Celebration for the Completion of the Upgrade and Renovation of Our Company's Laminate Sheet Workshop

Our company's Laminate Sheet workshop successfully completed the upgrade and renovation on October 27, 2025. This transformation has achieved comprehensive improvements in the factory's office environment, raw material storage conditions, production equipment automation, workshop cleanliness level, and employees' operational proficiency. It will better support our company to explore and serve the higher-end cosmetics and pharmaceutical markets, satisfy the needs of both new and existing customers, and we are willing to achieve win-win development with all clients.

Production and Office Area

Expanded office space and more comfortable working conditions, including bright and tidy offices, 24/7 central air conditioning, and ergonomic office desks and chairs.

Warehousing Area

The warehousing area is divided into automated racking warehouses and flat warehouses, with clearer storage classification for more convenient inbound and outbound operations. The ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system enhances the accuracy of inventory data, and the first-in-first-out (FIFO) procedure is strictly implemented.

Production Equipment Automation

The upgrading of blow molding equipment and extrusion lamination equipment has further improved the quality level of existing products, boosting employees' confidence in manufacturing high-quality products. The shift from manual handling to robotic automation has increased production efficiency while reducing employees' physical labor intensity.

Workshop Cleanliness Level

All previously partially clean workshops have been upgraded to Class 100,000 clean workshops. The maximum controllability of the production environment lays a solid foundation for stabilizing the quality of our products. We strive to ensure that all processes from raw material intake to finished product delivery are conducted in a safe and hygienic production environment, delivering qualified products to customers with complete peace of mind.
